Welcome to Amrap 4 Autism:
Amrap 4 Autism is a charity event workout. A way to provide awareness and raise money for families impacted with Autism. A4A is a platform for gyms, families and community to team up and workout together benefiting a cause close to many of us. When you bring a community together to sweat through this amrap, you can walk away feeling proud that YOU made a difference for a child with autism TODAY. You can be from any level of fitness to participate or from multiple gyms, we are just happy you are here supporting those in need.
