AMRAP 4 AUTISM (A4A) is a charity fitness event with a simple goal of awareness, support and most importantly love for those with Autism. Founded in 2013 in Charlotte, North Carolina, A4A can be found across multiple states and countries around the world.

THE STORY OF A4A

It started as just a workout; just a way for Becky and Rudy Thoms to share the story of their son Landon and the day-to-day struggles of raising a child with severe non-verbal Autism...Fast forward to 2023, thousands of athletes participating around the United States raising thousands of dollars for families and making the world a better place for those with special needs. The CrossFit community is one of the most generous and we are honored to partner with them to bring strength and hope to those living with autism.
